Common questions
A trace is one complete agent run, from first LLM call to final output. It can contain many spans. A single user request that routes through a planner agent and two sub-agents counts as one trace, not three.
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and the billing difference is prorated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
No. The Pro trial starts on sign-up without a card. You will be prompted to add a card before the trial ends if you want to continue on Pro. If you do nothing, the account downgrades to Free automatically.
On Free, ingestion pauses for the rest of the billing month once you hit 5,000 traces. On Pro, you can enable overage billing at $0.20 per thousand additional traces past 100,000, or we will alert you when you reach 90% of your quota so you can decide before the limit hits.
No. Your trace data is used only to power your Orq dashboards and eval scores. We do not use your data to train any models, internal or external. Pro and Scale plans include a DPA on request.
